DESCRIPTION:Topics to discuss includes updates on lighting and landscape of the entrances. \nAs part of this meeting\, we will elect Board  members for the year beginning July 1\, 2026.  Several Board positions are open.  The responsibilities of each Board position are listed in the RBHOA Bylaws (available from the website Help page).  If you would like information on the Board positions or are interested in becoming involved\, please reach out to one of the current Board members.  This does not require a large time commitment and new ideas are always welcome. \nWe hope to see you at the HOA meeting.

DESCRIPTION:RBHOA Board Elections - 2026-2027Slate of OfficersA quorum was not present at the annual RBHOA meeting held Sunday\, March 29. The lack of a quorum prevented the vote on any matters\, including election of Officers for the 2025-2026 year. For the election to be valid\, a quorum of 15 voting households (one vote per household) is required.As a result\, the decision was made to temporarily recess the meeting\, conduct the Officer elections online\, and upon completion of the election\, adjourn the meeting begun March 29. Utilizing this process allows us to complete the Annual Meeting in accordance with the Bylaws. A slate of proposed Officers appears below.Voting will run from April 1 to April 7\, regardless of when the quorum is met. Please cast your vote for each position listed.If you would like to submit a write-in for any position\, select "Other" and type in a name.
