RBHOA Board Elections – 2026-2027

A quorum was not present at the annual RBHOA meeting held Sunday, March 29. The lack of a quorum prevented the vote on any matters, including election of Officers for the 2025-2026 year. For the election to be valid, a quorum of 15 voting households (one vote per household) is required.

As a result, the decision was made to temporarily recess the meeting, conduct the Officer elections online, and upon completion of the election, adjourn the meeting begun March 29. Utilizing this process allows us to complete the Annual Meeting in accordance with the Bylaws. A slate of proposed Officers appears below.

Voting will run from April 1 to April 7, regardless of when the quorum is met. Please cast your vote for each position listed.

If you would like to submit a write-in for any position, select "Other" and type in a name. Write-in candidates are welcome for all positions, Should a write-in candidate be offered, a second round of voting will be scheduled starting April 9, until a quorum is reached.

Unless a second round is required, election results will be published on the website and the new Board will take office on July 1, 2026.
